Over the years I have been welcomed at several places where Icelandic horses live in herds. You can read about those adventures in the Field Notes. Some of these landscapes I return to regularly. Others are places I hope to document in the future.

This long term photography project is made possible by people who care deeply about Icelandic horses and the landscapes they inhabit. Some invite me to photograph their herds and offer a place to stay while I spend time observing and documenting herd life. Others support the project by sharing connections or contributing to travel costs, food, or a place to stay, helping make it possible to continue documenting Icelandic horses in beautiful landscapes around the world.
